How our idea was born
We have been going to the Provence for many years now - close to 20! - and have seen quite a bit of it. L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue stroke us by its offerings: nature, terroir, conveniences, beautiful town and landscapes, accessibility, local market, genuine 'joie de vivre'. Still, it took us a few years to zero on L'Isle to purchase our first home - POUS ROUMAN.
Not long after that purchase, we had the opportunity to buy the neighboring villa - CANAU VERD. Both of which we deeply renovated and offered (are about to offer) for renting.
Having acquired different skills in organizing these purchases and their transformation, having developed numerous and solid local relationships over the years, the idea was born to offer our services to any investor willing to purchase a house in the Provence, but feeling unsure about what to buy, where to buy, how to buy, how to renovate, what trades to select and contract with, how to design, decorate and furnish a home and how to offer the home for rental.
